Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields:  1 1/2  cups

Ingredients Notes: 
1 clove garlic, mincedWashed, peeled and minced
1/3 cup olive oil
½  red wine vinegar
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
