Rolls

5 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon Salt 
5 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
For gluten free (GF): Use GF all purpose flour. Check all ingredients to ensure they are gluten free.

1In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm milk, water, sugar and salt.
2Remove from heat, and mix in the eggs and yeast.
3Measure flour into a large bowl.
4Make a well in the flour and pour milk mixture into it. Do not stir.
5Cover with lid and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
6Pour melted margarine into flour and mix well. Add more flour if too sticky.
7Knead lightly. Cover and let rise 20 to 30 minutes.
8Shape the dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
9Let rise again for 20 to 30 minutes. Bake rolls in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until done.Store in air tight container for up to 72 hours.  May freeze for up to 30 days
