Salad Greens with Sweet Dijon Mustard Dressing

8 cups tossed Salad Greens | Washed, trimmed and torn into bite size pieces. |
½ cup dried cranberries | |
½ cup walnuts | Toasted and chopped |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar | |
1/4 cup Dijon mustard | |
1/4 cup olive oil | |
2 tablespoons sugar | |
Salt and black pepper to taste. |

1 | Wash salad greens and chop into bite size pieces. | |
2 | In a large bowl combine greens, cranberries, and walnuts. Set a side. | |
