Salad Greens with Sweet Dijon Mustard Dressing

Portion Size: 1 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
8 cups tossed Salad GreensWashed, trimmed and torn into bite size pieces. 
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup walnuts Toasted and chopped
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 
1/4 cup Dijon mustard 
1/4 cup olive oil 
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt and black pepper to taste. 
This is a gluten free recipe. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Wash salad greens and chop into bite size pieces. 
2In a large bowl combine greens, cranberries, and walnuts.  Set a side.
3In a small bowl, place the cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil and sugar. Mix dressing. Season with salt and black pepper. 
4Toss with greens and serve.
