Smoked Gouda Dip

Portion Size: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 3 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
2 (8 ounce) light cream cheese
8 oz. Smoked Gouda CheeseShredded (other cheese) 
2 eggs
1 clove garlicWashed, peeled  and minced. 
1 (14 oz.) nonfat evaporated milk
Crackers or crisp bread
For gluten free (GF); Use GF crackers or crisp bread. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Combine cream cheese, Gouda Cheese and eggs, garlic and evaporated milk in a large bowl.  Beat to mix well with mixer. 
2In a large microwaveable serving dish, heat mixture on high for 3-5 minutes until hot. Internal temperature 165 F.
3Serve hot with crackers or crisp bread
