1 clove garlic | Washed, peeled and minced. |
1 (14 oz.) nonfat evaporated milk | |

1 | Combine cream cheese, Gouda Cheese and eggs, garlic and evaporated milk in a large bowl. Beat to mix well with mixer. | |
2 | In a large microwaveable serving dish, heat mixture on high for 3-5 minutes until hot. | Internal temperature 165 F. |
3 | Serve hot with crackers or crisp bread |
