Spaghetti Italian Salad

1 large tomato | Washed, trimmed and diced |
1 cucumber | Washed, trimmed and diced |
1 small red onion | Washed, peeled, and diced. |
1 green pepper | Washed, trimmed and minced. |
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning | |
1 (8 oz.) bottle low fat Italian salad dressing | |
¼ cup hard salami | Diced and optional |
½ cup carrots | Washed and minced |
8 oz. can sliced black olive | Drained |
