Spicy Mango Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3/4 cup finely minced mango Washed, peeled, seed removed and minced in a food processor. 
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar 

juice from one lime 
1/2 small Thai chili pepperWash, trim and minced (optional)
1 clove garlic Wash, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon hot chili paste 
1 tablespoon fresh cilantroWashed, trimmed and chopped. Or 2 teaspoons dried

1In a bowl combine, mango, rice vinegar, lime juice Thai chili pepper, garlic and hot chili paste.
2Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Stir in cilantro
3Serve chilled.
