Taco Beef Pizza

1 pound lean ground beef | |
1 taco seasoning package | |
1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough | Thawed |
2 cups shredded lowfat cheddar cheese | |
2 cups lettuce | Washed trimmed and chopped finely |
½ cup diced tomatoes | Washed trimmed and diced |
¼ cup low fat sour cream |

1 | In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. | Internal temperature of beef should reach 165 degree F |
2 | Add seasoning package and ¼ cup of water | |
3 | On a floured surface, roll dough into a 13-inch circle | |
4 | Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 12-inch pizza pan. | |
5 | Spread beef over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge | |
6 | Top with cheese. | |
7 | Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted | |
8 | Just before serving top with lettuce, tomato and sour cream |
