Toasted Chili Nuts

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce | |
1 Teaspoon chili powder | |
1/4 Teaspoon onion salt | |
1/4 Teaspoon ground red pepper | |
2 Cups walnut or pecan halves or pieces |

1 | In a saucepan, combine margarine, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion salt, and red pepper. | |
2 | Heat and stir till margarine melts. Spread nut in a baking pan. Toss with margarine mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or till toasted, stirring occasionally. Spread on foil; cool. | |
3 | Store in an airtight container. Makes 2 cups. |
