Tofu Fruit Smoothie

Portion Size: 11/2 cup (1 milk and fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields: 12 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
2 (10 oz.)  package dessert tofu
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups frozen or canned peaches 
4 cups low fat yogurt (any fruit flavor)
1 cup orange juice

1In a blender, combine all the ingredients.  
2Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
