1 medium tomato | Washed, trimmed and diced |
1 medium carrot | Washed, peeled and thinly sliced |
4 radishes | Washed, trimmed and sliced paper thin |
1/4 cup onion | Washed, peeled and diced |
1 small cucumber | Washed, peeled and thinly sliced |
Light Dressing of choice: French, Bleu Cheese, Italian, Ranch, etc. See the homemade dressing section |
