| 1 medium tomato | Washed, trimmed and diced |
| 1 medium carrot | Washed, peeled and thinly sliced |
| 4 radishes | Washed, trimmed and sliced paper thin |
| 1/4 cup onion | Washed, peeled and diced |
| 1 small cucumber | Washed, peeled and thinly sliced |
| Light Dressing of choice: French, Bleu Cheese, Italian, Ranch, etc. See the homemade dressing section |
