Turkey Cheddar Wraps

| 8 oz. light cream cheese | Softened |
| 1/3 cup honey | |
| 1/4 cup Dijon mustard | |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion powder | (optional) |
| 8 (large) tortillas | May use whole wheat |
| 1 cups low-fat Colby Jack or cheddar cheese | Shredded |
| 1 lb. thin slices turkey |

| 1 | In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. | |
| 2 | Add honey, mustard and onion powder; mix well. | |
| 3 | Spread 2 tablespoons of honey cream cheese mixture out to the edge of each tortilla. | |
| 4 | Sprinkle each tortilla with 2 tablespoons shredded cheese, leaving about 1 inch around the edge. | |
| 5 | Place 2 oz. slices of turkey on each tortilla. | |
| 6 | Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. | |
| 7 | Chill at least 30 minutes, then slice each tortilla log into eight 1-inch rounds and serve. |
