Turkey Club Sandwich

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1  pounds thinly, sliced turkey deli breast 
16 Slices baconSauté bacon until crisp. Drain fat.  
8 Lettuce leavesWashed.
2 Large tomatoesWashed, trimmed and sliced.
1/3 Cup light mayonnaise 
16 Slices breadMay use whole grain.
8 Slices low-fat cheese

1Sauté bacon until crisp.
2Drain fat.  
3Toast bread slices.
4Slice tomatoes.  
5Top each sandwich with turkey, mayonnaise, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cheese, and bacon.
