Turkey Tortilla Wraps

Portion Size: 1 whole wrap (Approx. 2 oz. turkey, 2 T. cream cheese/sour cream mixture, 1 T. tomatoes, 1 T. red onion and  2 T. spinach leaves)

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
8 burrito sized flour tortillas May use whole grain
1 pound cooked and diced lean turkey 
8 oz. light cream cheese, soften
1/2 cup light sour cream 
1/2 cup chopped tomatoesWash, trim and chop
Small red onionWash, peel and minced
2 cups fresh spinach leaves Washed, trimmed and chopped

1Heat each tortilla in a large skillet.
2Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl.
3Spread each tortilla with cream cheese mixture.
4Arrange tomato, turkey and onion on each tortilla.
5Top with spinach leaves.
6Roll up tight and cover each with plastic wrap.  Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
