1/2 cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes | |
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh spinach | Washed, trimmed and chopped |

1 garlic clove, minced | Washed, peeled and minced |
Salt and pepper | |
2 long zucchini, sliced into coins | Washed, trimmed and sliced |
¼ cup shredded radishes | Washed, trimmed and shredded. |

1 | In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash cream cheese and goat cheese until combined. | |
