Zucchini and Goat Cheese Appetizers

Ingredients Notes: 
4 ounces low-fat cream cheese 
4 ounces goat cheese 
1/2 cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes 
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh spinachWashed, trimmed and chopped
8 basil leaves, chopped Washed, trimmed and chopped
1 garlic clove, minced Washed, peeled and minced
Salt and pepper 
2 long zucchini, sliced into coinsWashed, trimmed and sliced
¼ cup shredded radishesWashed, trimmed and shredded.

1In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash cream cheese and goat cheese until combined. 
2Mix in sun dried tomatoes, spinach, basil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. 
3Spread a heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture onto each zucchini slice.   Top with radishes.
