Cheese Strata (not vegan)

| 8 Slices white bread | |
| 6 Eggs | Beaten. May use 1 ½ cups egg substitute |
| 2 1/2 Cups nonfat milk | |
| 1 teaspoon brown sugar | |
| 1 teaspoon soy sauce | |
| 1 teaspoon salt | |
| 1 teaspoon dry mustard | |
| Dash of pepper | |
| 3 1/2 Cups lowfat cheddar cheese | Shredded |

| 1 | Remove crust and cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes. | |
| 2 | Combine eggs, milk, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, and pepper. | |
| 3 | Mix in bread and cheese. | |
| 4 | Put mixture into vegetable spray baking dish. | |
| 5 | Let stand several hours or overnight. | |
| 6 | Place casserole dish in pan of water. | |
| 7 | Bake at 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. |
