Glazed Salmon

Portion Size: 3 oz.

Ingredients Notes: 
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
½ teaspoon garlic powderOr 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons oil
2 ½ lbs. SalmonMay use other white fish. 
1/4 cup green onion Wash, trim and chop. (including green tops)

1To make the sauce: In a small bowl; combine soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, garlic powder, cornstarch, and ginger.; set aside.
2Heat the oil in a large skillet
3Add salmon and sauté for 8 to 10 minutes or until juices run clear. Pour sauce over Salmon. Cook until thick.Cook until internal temperature reaches 145° F for 15 seconds.
4Top with green onions. Serve hot
