Honey Mustard Salmon

Portion Size:  4 ounces fish with sauce 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
¼ cup honey mustard (may sub 1 tablespoon honey with 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons garlic, mincedWashed, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
1 teaspoon dried dill 
¼ teaspoon salt 
8 boneless skinless fresh salmonOr see recipe for salmon patties

1Pre heat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, garlic, olive oil, dill and salt
2On a baking sheet, add salmon. Brush with honey mustard sauce. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.  (do not over cook) Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
