Kielbasa and Potato Bake

Portion Size: 1 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 pounds rings lean turkey sausage (Kielbasa)Diced
2 (14 oz.) cans fat free evaporated milk
2 cloves garlicWashed, peeled and minced
2 cups low fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
4 large russet potatoesWashed, peeled and diced

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2In a large mixing bowl, mix together cheese, milk, garlic and pepper.
3Stir in potatoes and kielbasa. 
4Spoon the mixture into a large baking dish.
5Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
