Rigatoni with Creamy Basil Tomato Sauce and Italian Sausage

| 2 lbs. Low fat Italian Style Mild Sausage Links | |
| 1 lb. rigatoni pasta | |
| 2 (8 oz.) packages light cream cheese | |
| 2 tablespoons dried basil | |
| ½ c. Parmesan cheese |

| 1 | Brown Italian sausage in large skillet. Drain. Remove and slice into ½ inch slices. | Minimum Temperature 165°F for 15 seconds |
| 2 | Add spaghetti sauce to sausage in large skillet. Cook for 10 minutes until hot. Stir in cream cheese and basil. | |
| 3 | Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain. | |
| 4 | Combine pasta with meat mixture. | |
| 5 | Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve hot. |
