Rosemary Roast Turkey

Portion Size: 3 oz. turkey, 2 T. gravy

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 ½ lbs. boneless and skinless turkey breastThawed
½ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons minced garlicWashed, peeled and minced. 
2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning. 
Salt and pepper to taste

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  
2Trim all visible fat from turkey.     
3In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, basil, Italian season, black pepper and salt. Rub over turkey breast. 
4Place turkey in roasting pan.  Add water to about ¼ inch from the bottom of the pan. Roast in over for 1 ½ to 3 hours or until reaches internal temperature Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees.
