Turkey Sausage Skillet Dinner

1 package (24 ounces) frozen potatoes O’Brien | |
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves | |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper | |
4 cups chopped broccoli | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
2 (2pounds) rings lean turkey sausage (Kielbasa) | |
1/2 cup low fat shredded Cheddar Cheese |

1 | Heat oil in a large skill until hot. | |
2 | Add potatoes, oregano and pepper. | |
3 | Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring until potatoes are light brown. | |
4 | Add broccoli and sausage. | |
5 | Cover and cook about 15 minutes until hot. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F. |
6 | Top with cheese. | |
7 | Cover and heat until cheese is melted. |
