Beef Tex Mex and Potato Skillet

2 pounds lean ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
4 cups frozen O Brien potatoesThawed
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup light Ranch dressing

1In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2Add taco seasoning and stir.
3Stir in potatoes and cook 4-5 minutes. Or until heated through.Internal temperature of beef should reach 165-degree F
4Top with Cheese. Let cheese melt.
5To serve, scoop out 1 cup portion and drizzle with Ranch dressing.
