Beef Tex Mex and Potato Skillet

| 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix | |
| 4 cups frozen O Brien potatoes | Thawed |
| 1 cup BBQ sauce | |
| 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese | |
| ½ cup light Ranch dressing |

| 1 | In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. | |
| 2 | Add taco seasoning and stir. | |

| 4 | Top with Cheese. Let cheese melt. | |
