English Muffin Pizzas
Portion Size: 2 halves with toppings

| 8 whole wheat English muffins | |
| 2 pounds lean Ground beef | |
| 12 oz. low fat Mozzarella cheese | |
| 1 large jar low sodium pizza sauce | |
| 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder | |
| 1 teaspoon Oregano |

| 1 | Cook ground beef until slightly browned in a pan. Drain fat. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F degrees for 15 seconds |
| 2 | Spilt English muffin and toast English muffins. | |
| 3 | Combine ground beef and pizza sauce. | |
| 4 | Season with garlic powder and oregano. | |
| 5 | Put some of the meat mixture on top of each muffin. | |
| 6 | Top each with Mozzarella cheese. | |
| 7 | Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
