Sesame Steak Wraps
Portion Size: 1 whole wrap (Approx. 2 oz. steak, , 1 T. red onion and 2 T. spinach leaves)

| 8 burrito sized flour tortillas | May use whole grain |
| 1 pound round steak, thinly sliced | |
| ½ cup honey | |
| 2 tablespoons canola oil | |
| ¼ cup lite soy sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons cornstarch | |
| 1 tablespoon sesame seeds | |
| 2 teaspoons sesame oil | |
| 1 teaspoon ground ginger | |
| ½ teaspoon ground garlic powder | |
| Small red onion | Wash, peel and slice thin |
| 2 cups fresh spinach leaves | Washed, trimmed and chopped |

| 1 | In a small sauce pan combine honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame seeds, sesame oil and garlic. Heat over medium high heat until thick and boiling. | |
| 2 | Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat. Sauté round steak until brown. Add onion and cook until tender. Add sauce. Heat until sauce is hot and thick. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 155 F degrees for 15 seconds |
| 3 | Spread each tortilla with spinach leaves and evenly distribute steak mixture on top. Serve warm immediately. |
