Mango Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Portion Size: 11/2 cup (1 milk and fruit serving)

2 cups oats
2 cups bananas
2 cups frozen mangos
5 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup nonfat milk
For Gluten Free: Use GF oats. Always check all ingredients to be sure they are gluten free.
