Italian White Beans with Chicken

Portion Size: 1 cup; ½ cup chicken, ½ cup bean mixture

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oil
4 cups chicken breastDiced.
1 cup oil packed sun-dried tomatoesDrained and chopped.
1/4 cup sliced olives
2 (15 ounce) cans reduced sodium white beansRinsed and drained.

1Cook chicken, basil, and garlic in oil in a large skillet.Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
2Stir in remaining ingredients.  Cook, stirring frequently, until hot.
