Chicken Tortilla Wraps

8 oz. light cream cheese | Softened |
1/3 cup honey | |
1/4 cup Dijon mustard | |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder | (optional) |
8 (large) tortillas | May use whole wheat |
2 cups lowfat Swiss or Provolone cheese | Shredded |
½ cup diced tomatoes | Washed trimmed and diced |
1 lb. thin slices chicken |

1 | In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. | |
2 | Add honey, mustard and onion powder; mix well. | |
3 | Spread 2 tablespoons of honey cream cheese mixture out to the edge of each tortilla. | |
4 | Sprinkle each tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese, leaving about 1 inch around the edge. | |
5 | Place 2 oz. slices of turkey and tomatoes on each tortilla. | |
6 | Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. | |
7 | Chill at least 30 minutes, then slice each tortilla log into eight 1-inch rounds and serve. |
