Grilled Chicken and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1/4 Cup margarineSoftened
16 Slices American cheese (2 oz.) For turkey, chicken, ham and roast beef add 1 oz. lean deli meat and 1 oz. cheese –any type shredded
1-pound boneless skinless cooked chicken breast sliced thinly
16 Slices breadWheat or white
For gluten free (GF): Use GF bread. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free

1Put 2 slices of cheese and sliced chicken, between 2 slices of bread.  
2Spread margarine on the outside of each slice of bread.
3Heat a large skillet, and place sandwich in skillet.  
4Cook until golden brown and then turn until both sides are golden brown.  
5Repeat until 8 sandwiches are made.
