Granola Bars
Portion Size: 2” x 2” square

1 cup granola | |
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats | |
1 cup unsalted chopped nuts | |
½ cup flour | |
½ cup raisins | |
1 beaten egg | |
⅓ cup honey | |
⅓ cup canola oil | Or other oil |
¼ cup brown sugar | |
½ teaspoon cinnamon |

1 | Line an 8X8X2 inch baking pan with foil. | |
2 | Grease the foil; set pan aside. | |
3 | In a mixing bowl combine granola oats, nuts, flour, and raisins. | |
4 | Stir in egg, honey, oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon. | |
5 | Press evenly into the prepared pan. | |
6 | Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till lightly browned around the edges. Cool. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. |
7 | Use foil to remove from pan. Cut into bars. |
