1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored gelatin
1 (8 ounce) carton light sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can Mandarin oranges, drained

1	Heat orange juice to boiling; add orange flavored gelatin.
2	Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
3	Cool beat in sour cream; fold in oranges.
4	Pour into an 8X8 inch pan or a 5 cup mold.
5	Chill until firm.	Chilled internal temperature maintained at 41°F.
