Orange Gelatin Mold
Portion Size: 2” x 2” square or ½ cup

| 1¾ cup orange juice | |
| 1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored gelatin | |
| 1 (8 ounce) carton light sour cream | |
| 1 (10 ounce) can Mandarin oranges, drained |

| 1 | Heat orange juice to boiling; add orange flavored gelatin. | |
| 2 | Stir until gelatin is dissolved. | |
| 3 | Cool beat in sour cream; fold in oranges. | |
| 4 | Pour into an 8X8 inch pan or a 5 cup mold. | |
| 5 | Chill until firm. | Chilled internal temperature maintained at 41°F. |
