Rice Cereal Treats

Portion Size: 2” x 2” square

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 cups miniature marshmallows
3 cups crisp rice cereal
2 tablespoons margarine
vegetable cooking spray
For gluten free: Use an alternate GF menu item.

1Melt margarine in a large saucepan over low heat.  
2Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
3Remove from heat.
4Add rice cereal and stir until well coated.
5Spray 8X8X2 inch pan.
6Using waxed paper or press mixture into pan.
7Cut into squares.
