Citrus Fruit Salad

Portion Size: ½ cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 cups diced grapefruitWashed, peeled and diced. Remove seeds 
2 cups diced orange slicesWashed, peeled and diced. Remove seeds
1/2 cups low fat French dressingSee recipe in cookbook. 
1 medium avocado (optional)Washed, peeled and sliced. Remove pit. 
8 lettuce leaves
 
This is a gluten free recipe. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

2Top with French dressing.
