Fruited Gelatin Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 package (6 ounce) gelatin, any flavor
2 cups of diced canned fruit, or sliced bananasDrained
Water
Suggested combinations: lime gelatin and pears; orange gelatin and mandarin oranges; strawberry gelatin and bananas; raspberry gelatin and peaches; cherry gelatin and fruit cocktail.
 
This is a gluten free recipe. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Add 2 cups boiling water to package contents; stir until dissolved.
2Stir in 2 cups cold water.
3Drain fruit well and add to gelatin.
4Refrigerate until firm.
