Orange and Celery Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
8 oranges Washed, peeled and chopped. 
1 cup chopped celery Washed, trimmed and chopped. 
1/3 cup French dressing or Italian dressingSee recipes in cookbook. 
8 lettuce leaves (optional garnish)Washed and trimmed.

1Section the oranges and combine with celery, and dressing, and let stand a few hours marinate.
2Serve on a crisp lettuce leaf.
