Orange Onion Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

8 orangesWashed, peeled and diced.
1 large sweet onion or red onionWashed, peeled and sliced thin
1/3 cup French dressing or Italian dressing See recipe in cookbook
8 lettuce leaves (optional garnish) Washed and trimmed.

1Section the oranges and combine with onion, and dressing, and let stand a few hours marinate.
2Serve in a crisp lettuce leaf.
