Peach and Cheese Salad

Ingredients Notes: 
8 fresh peaches or canned peachesWashed, halved and pit removed. 
1/2 cup French dressingSee recipe in cookbook
8 teaspoons light cream cheese or lowfat cottage cheese
8 lettuce leavesWashed and trimmed

1Arrange peaches on lettuce leaves.
2Top each peach with cream or cottage cheese.
3Top with French dressing just before serving.
