Pineapple Lime Gelatin Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 large package lime gelatin
1 can crushed pineapple, drainedUse juice packed
2 celery stalksWashed, trimmed and diced
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
8 lettuce leaves (optional)Washed and trimmed.

1Prepare lime jello as directed.
2Drain pineapple.
3Mix gelatin, pineapple, and celery
4Chill until congeal.
5Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
6Top with a dab of mayonnaise.
