Kale with Parmesan Salad

| 8 cups chopped fresh kale | Washed, tough stems removed and torn into bite size pieces |
| 3 tablespoons olive oil | |
| ¼ cup lemon juice | |
| 1tsp. dried thyme | |
| ¼ teaspoon salt | |
| ¼ teaspoon black pepper | |
| ½ cup grated Parmesan |
