Kale with Parmesan Salad

3 tablespoons olive oil | |
¼ cup lemon juice | |
1tsp. dried thyme | |
¼ teaspoon salt | |
¼ teaspoon black pepper | |
½ cup grated Parmesan |

1 | In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper. *Optional to Add chopped fresh mango, peaches, plums or apples, toasted pecans, walnuts or almonds. | |
