Tossed Green Salad

Portion Size: 1 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
8 cups assorted salad greensWashed, trimmed and torn into bite size pieces. 
1 medium tomato Washed, trimmed and diced
1 medium carrotWashed, peeled and thinly sliced
4 radishesWashed, trimmed and sliced paper thin
1/4 cup onionWashed, peeled and diced
1 small cucumberWashed, peeled and thinly sliced
Light Dressing of choice:  French, Bleu Cheese, Italian, Ranch, etc. See the homemade dressing section

1In a large bowl, put the greens and garnish will tomatoes, carrots, radishes, onions and cucumbers.  
2Toss with dressing of choice.
