Ham and Tortellini Alfredo
Portion Size: 1 ½ cups (approx. 3 oz. meat, ½ c. pasta and ½ c. peas and mushrooms)

1 pound fresh tortellini pasta | |
2 pounds lean cooked ham, diced | Trim all visible fat |
3 cups frozen green peas | |
2 cups fresh mushroom | Washed, trimmed and sliced |
1 (32 oz.) low fat Alfredo style pasta sauce |

1 | Cook Tortellini according to the directions on the package. Drain. | |
2 | In a large skillet add ham, peas, and mushroom and heat thoroughly. | |
3 | Add sauce and tortellini to ham and stir all together. | |
4 | Heat to a slow boil. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. |
