Broccoli and Tortellini Salad

| 3 1/2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
| 20 oz. fresh cheese filled tortellini | |
| ½ cup light mayonnaise | |
| 2 teaspoons sugar | |
| 2 teaspoons cider vinegar | |
| 1/2 cup raisins | |
| 1 red onion | Washed , peeled and finely chopped |
| 6 slices bacon | Cooked crisp and crumbled or ¼ cup bacon bits |

| 1 | Cook tortellini to directions on the package. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F. |
| 2 | Drain and rinse under cold water. | |
| 3 | In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar to make the dressing. | |
| 4 | In a large bowl, combine broccoli, tortellini, bacon, raisin, and red onion. | |
| 5 | Pour dressing salad and toss. Chill for two hours. |
