Candied Sweet Potatoes

| 8 medium sweet potatoes | Washed |
| ¼ cup margarine | Melted |
| ½ cup miniature marshmallows | |
| ¼ cup brown sugar | |
| ¼ teaspoon nutmeg | |
| Salt to taste |

| 1 | Wash and scrub potatoes. | |
| 2 | Cut a small piece off one end of each potato. | |
| 3 | Preheat oven to 400 degrees. | |
| 4 | Bake 40 to 60 minutes depending on the size until tender. | |
| 5 | Peel potatoes. | |
| 6 | Spray baking dish with a nonstick vegetable spray. | |
| 7 | Cut potatoes into sections. | |
| 8 | Put potatoes into baking dish and top with margarine, nutmeg, marshmallows, brown sugar and salt. | |
| 9 | Bake for 15 minutes more and serve. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F. |
