| 4 cups nonfat milk | |
| 12 oz. grated Parmesan cheese | |

| 1 | In a large saucepan oil over medium heat, melt butter. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring constantly with wire whisk until smooth. Slowly pour in milk and whisk. | |
