Mango Raison Chutney

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups diced, frozen or fresh mangoWash, peel and dice
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup water 
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
This is a gluten free recipe. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1In a medium bowl, mix together the mango, garlic, raisins, cinnamon, and ginger.
2In a medium saucepan, boil water and brown sugar, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. 
3Add the dried  fruit mixture and vinegar. 
4Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. 
5Remove from heat, and allow to cool for 5 minutes. 
6Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a covered container. Serve hot or cold.
