Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

| 2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
| 2 cups fresh cauliflower flowerets | Wash, trimmed and chopped |
| 6 green onions | Washed, trimmed and thinly sliced (including greens) |
| ¾ cup sliced radishes | Washed, trimmed and sliced very thin |
| ½ cup carrots | Washed, peeled, trimmed and thinly sliced |
| 1 cup light mayonnaise | |
| Juice of 1 lemon | |
| 2 tablespoon sugar | |
| ½ teaspoon salt | |
| ¼ teaspoon pepper | |
| 6 slices bacon | Crisp cooked, drained and crumbled (optional) |

| 1 | In a large bowl layer cauliflower, broccoli, green onions, radishes and carrots; set aside. | |
