Carrot Salad with Cilantro

| 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice | |
| 1/8 teaspoon finely grated fresh lime zest | Wash lime |
| 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves or dried | Washed, trimmed and finely chop |
| 1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
