Coleslaw

| 1 medium carrot | Washed, peeled, trimmed and shredded |
| 1/2 small green pepper | Washed, trimmed and finely chopped |
| 1/4 cup onions | Peeled, washed, and chopped |
| 1 tablespoon vinegar | |
| 1/2 cup light mayonnaise | |
| 2 teaspoon sugar | |
| 1/2 teaspoon celery seed |

| 1 | In a mixing bowl combine cabbage, carrot, green pepper, and onion. | |
